Terms of Use

Studio Intake is a private productivity application operated by John Lloyd Fillingham for his own business administration.

It is not a publicly offered software service, subscription service or communications platform.

Access is limited to the operator and authorised technical systems acting on the operator’s behalf.

Studio Intake is intended to assist with administrative awareness and workflow preparation. It does not independently enter contracts, accept client work, commit expenditure, change commercial terms or make other external commitments on behalf of the operator.

Google account access is provided through Google OAuth and remains subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies.

The operator may stop using Studio Intake, revoke its Google access or discontinue the application at any time.

These terms may be updated if the application’s functionality or use of external services materially changes.
